The views from the hotel were fine, a highlight of our stay. The service during dinner was disappointingly slow.

First impressions were brilliant, hotel reception staff really polite and welcoming. Rates were very really reasonable for a family room for 4 nights. Irish Breakfast was all you could ask for although no porridge on the menu. Room was beautiful modern and clean, very high standard. Was a bit cold but when I requested a heater it was no problem and brought to my room in 5 minutes. The member of staff also checked the radiators to make sure they were switched on. Cannot rate the staff highly enough.

The breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful.
I was disappointed with the state of my room. The decor felt dated, and the furniture showed visible wear and tear. The cleanliness standards didn't meet my expectations. The upholstery was stained, and the bed linens were in sad shape.

Do recommend for a short staycation
Spacious room, friendly staff, the comfortable bed was perfect for a good night's sleep, and the free parking made exploring the area easy and convenient.
No complaints whatsoever.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Perfect place for a short break with lovely view of the hills and mountains. Superb food for breakfast at the restaurant. Central location close enough to beautiful surroundings and the beach, large rooms. Also, near Camp.

missingWrote a review on 30 Novamazing viewsdelicious breakfastroom noisecheck-in confusion
The views from Ballyroe Heights are amazing, especially from the breakfast room overlooking the mountains and the bay. Readily assisting with special requests, like celebrating our son's birthday with a card and chocolates in our room. The breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful, with freshly cooked options to order. Some noise from children in the corridors was distracting. The room had a loose shower head, inconvenient, and we found the check-in procedure a bit unclear. A more cute reception from staff and quicker response during busy times would enhance the experience significantly.

The place is ideal and absolutely gorgeous, we didn't want to say goodbye!
The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous and fab location so close to restaurant and co Kerry. The staff are exceptionally kind people in all areas.

The in-house salon services for hair and make-up were a good bonus, especially for the bridesmaids.
The cleanliness standards in the common areas, like the carpets leading to the rooms, could use improvement.

stayed on a saturday night and the guests from a wedding party were quite noisy outside the room in the corridor, though the hotel security sorted out this fairly quickly

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. It was lovely to see local Irish people employed who knew about the area and could advise us on amenities, distance to other locations etc. It was very quiet at night and we were not disturbed by any noise etc. View from hotel is breathtaking.
